PLANNING:

Arrival at the hotel and accommodation in double Superior room; the concierge service will be at your disposal for little suggestions to let you visit the city, its museums and its shops!, the best way possible.

Exclusive consultancy with the professional perfumer, in Umberto I street, 200mt by foot from the hotel.

In the evening a delicious restaurant, Premiata Officina del Gusto (Tasting Reward Workshop) is waiting you to taste the particular menu created and reserved only to you.

Hors d'oeuvre Pecorino (sheep's milk cheese) Flan, Flat Bread with Arnad Dop Lard, Norcia IGP Ham, Pork and Lentils Terrine with Aromatic Winegar.

First courses Tagliolino (long-cutted) egg-yolk Pasta with Antichoes; or Mezzemaniche Pasta with Bacon and Saffron from Cascia; or Tagliatella Ubriaca (Drunk long-cutted pasta) with Wild Boar Meat Sauce;

Second courses Pork Fillet served on a Leek and Spinach Velouté (Foligno recipe dated back to 1620)

Dessert Pear and Cinnamon Pie

Drinking are excluded and have to be paid at the restaurant. Every change on the menu with à-la-carte particular dishes could be surcharged at the discretion of the restaurant.
